The pet food recalls continue. The best "wholistic" suggestion to prevent
danger to your pet is - STOP feeding dry kibble food. In our
"wholistic" opinion, dry kibble food is the least nutritious form of
food to feed a carnivore. Furthermore, a majority of all pet food recalls is

Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA)
and Auto-Immune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA)
are devastating and deadly anemia conditions in pets. The Morris
Animal
 Foundation
estimates:

50% of dogs die within two weeks of
diagnosis

The mortality rate is up to 80%
While veterinary science has not
conclusively determined a cause, the top four suspected triggers our
clients report are:

Strong drug (such as an antibiotic)
If your pet becomes lethargic, collapses,
stops eating and/or has white gums,
 please
take your pet to the emergency vet clinic ASAP, to avoid becoming
one of the above statistics. This IMHA/AIHA anemia condition can
come on suddenly and be very unpredictable. This newsletter is not
meant to publish a “cure” for IMHA/AIHA but to offer some holistic,
natural and very complementary options. These are clearly adjunct
options and not a replacement for proper veterinary care.
Unfortunately, most clients do not
 search
for holistic and complementary care immediately after their pet has
been diagnosed with IMHA/AIHA. It is only after the
second, third,
fourth (and even tenth) blood transfusion does not work and their
vet recommends euthanasia, that they go searching the Internet for
additional answers to their pet’s deadly condition.
Here is a client that gave her dog one last chance before making
that dreaded final appointment with the vet:
We are in a good place for
now, I think, with Molly hopefully. Oddly, 2½ weeks ago we had a
heart to heart (talk) with the Vet and our kids and we were
going to put her down. She had no energy and nothing was getting
better, her skin is awful, perhaps from the steroids, Vet was
not 100% sure. So, we took her home to enjoy her over the
weekend, the most we could, took her off of ALL her meds
except the

some Hemp Oil I have for her as well. 2 days later when I was
getting ready to call the Vet and make the appointment, she woke
up with more spunk than in a long time and even wanted to
cuddle. She had not wanted to do that in a LONG time!
When we took her to the

the normal range. It is just her skin that is the issue,
however, I do think part of it is getting better. She definitely

let her decide when she’s ready to be done I guess.

How was this accomplished? Is
