save a pet's life (see

Unfortunately, this extends the processing time of our regularly scheduled orders
beyond our target of 1-2 days, so we apologize
in advance. We know you would want this extra special attention if it were
your pet's life. We treat all pets as if they were a member of our family.

Shipping Charges
Normal shipping is done by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery but not
guaranteed). If you have a critically ill pet,
please be sure you consider the other three emergency shipping options
below.
Priority Mail and Express Mail are cheaper
but we have found the U.S.P.S. to be extremely unreliable when compared
to Federal Express.
Normal Shipping: We ship all orders by U.S.P.S.
Priority Mail (can be shipped to P.O. Box) which usually takes
2-3 days for delivery (in the Continental U.S.). If you need faster service,
choose the other shipping
options below in our shopping cart.
Optimum Choices will assume liability for all
orders under $400 for loss or damage. We will routinely insure all orders over
$400 unless specifically requested not to do so by the customer (to save
costs). The customer is then liable for all uninsured orders over $400.
$8.50 for first bottle/$1 each additional bottle. Some items and International
orders higher.
Expedited Priority Mail Shipping Option: We will ship
your order by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail on the same day if possible
(must be received before 3:00 PM Mountain Time) or by the end of the next business day after receipt of
payment. If this is not possible, there
will be no extra $7.00 surcharge. This surcharge is in addition to
the Normal Shipping charges above.
Expedited Priority Mail Shipping: $15.50 for first bottle
Emergency Overnight Express Mail Shipping Option: We
will ship your order by U.S.P.S. Express Mail the same day
if possible (must be received before 3:00 PM Mountain Time) or by the end of the next business day, after receipt of
payment. If this is not possible, there
will be no extra $30.00 surcharge. This surcharge is in addition
to the normal shipping charges above.
Express Mail is cheaper than Federal Express but not as reliable
(sometimes delivered the second day).
Use Express Mail at your own risk. Keep this in mind if you have a critical pet
emergency.

Emergency Overnight Federal Express Shipping Option: We
will ship your order by Federal Express
Standard Overnight (by 3:00 PM) the same day (must be received before 3:00 PM Mountain Time) or by the end of the next business day, after receipt of
payment. If this is not possible, there
will be no extra $60.00 surcharge. This surcharge is in addition
to the normal shipping charges above.
Federal Express First Overnight (by 9:00 AM) and Federal Express
Priority Overnight (by 10:30 AM) options are also available if
needed for an increased cost. Please specify which service in the Special
Instructions box of the shopping cart, otherwise we will use
Standard Overnight (by 3:00 PM).
Emergency Overnight Federal Express Shipping: $68.50 for first

Canadian Orders—whenever
possible, BioSuperfood/BioPreparation Canadian orders will be
shipped from our associate's office (BioAge, LLC) in Ontario,
Canada. This avoids any Customs delays and saves the customer
postage (should be less than what our shopping cart shows for
international shipping).
Beginning instructions, free Bio-Algae Concentrates book,
ingredients list and any other pertinent literature will be sent
by e-mail.
International Orders (other than
Canada)—$26.00 for the first bottle/jar (for example,
